Belfast's defining story is the Titanic — built at the Harland & Wolff shipyard, where the two huge yellow Samson and Goliath cranes still loom. For a pint, the Crown Liquor Saloon is a genuine 1880s Victorian gin palace with private snugs — National Trust-owned, not a theme bar. Eat an Ulster fry (add soda and potato bread).
