Warsaw to Dubai is one of Poland’s best-served long-haul routes, and the good news is that you can fly it non-stop. Three airlines — LOT Polish Airlines, Emirates and flydubai — run direct services from Warsaw Chopin, so you rarely need a connection. This guide covers who flies the route, what a fair return fare looks like in złoty, and when to book to pay less.

Fares from Warsaw to Dubai (PLN)
Dubai is a year-round destination, but fares track the weather and the events calendar. The cooler months from November to March are the busiest and priciest, with a sharp peak over Christmas, New Year and the mid-winter school break. The hot summer (June–August) is the cheapest time to fly. The table below shows when the route is busiest. We no longer print per-month fare estimates here, because they were never measured.
| Month | Demand |
|---|---|
| January | high |
| February | high |
| March | medium-high |
| April | medium |
| May | medium |
| June | low-medium |
| July | medium (holidays) |
| August | medium |
| September | medium |
| October | medium-high |
| November | high |
| December | very high |
We do not quote a target fare for this route. Our price tracking holds no recorded observations for it, so a “typical” or “good deal” figure here would be an estimate dressed up as a measurement — so this page leaves it out rather than guess. The seasonal pattern above is the part we can stand behind; check the live fare for the number.
Airlines on this route
Non-stop (about 6½ hours):
- LOT Polish Airlines — direct from Warsaw on a Boeing 737, Poland’s flag carrier with a full-service economy cabin and convenient Chopin connections.
- Emirates — daily non-stop on a widebody (usually a Boeing 777), with a generous baggage allowance and strong onward links across Asia, Africa and Australia from Dubai.
- flydubai — Dubai’s low-cost carrier flies the route several times a week; fares are often the lowest, but bags and extras are usually added on.
One-stop (occasionally cheaper):
- Turkish Airlines via Istanbul, Qatar Airways via Doha, or other network carriers — rarely worth the extra hours to Dubai given the direct options, but they can undercut on a quiet date.
With three non-stops competing, there is little reason to add a connection to Dubai. Compare the all-in price: Emirates and LOT usually include a checked bag, while flydubai’s headline fare often does not.
When to book & how to save
- Book 6–10 weeks ahead for the best balance of price and choice; the direct fares to Dubai rarely improve in the final fortnight.
- Fly in summer (June–August) for the cheapest fares — Dubai is very hot, but hotels are cheapest too, and the flights follow.
- Avoid the peaks: Christmas, New Year and the February half-term are the most expensive weeks by a wide margin.
- Compare the bag: flydubai and Emirates “Saver” fares may exclude checked luggage — add the bag before you compare against LOT or Emirates’ standard fare.
- Midweek departures (Tuesday–Thursday) are usually a little cheaper than weekend flights, and being flexible by a day or two often saves 100–300 zł.
Arriving in Dubai
All three airlines land at Dubai International (DXB), about 5 km east of the city centre — LOT and flydubai typically use Terminal 2 or 3, Emirates uses Terminal 3. The quickest way into town is the Dubai Metro Red Line, which stops right at Terminals 1 and 3 and reaches the Burj Khalifa/Downtown area in around 20–30 minutes for roughly 8 zł. A metered taxi to Downtown or Marina costs about 40–90 zł depending on traffic and distance.
Frequently asked questions
How long is the flight from Warsaw to Dubai?
Non-stop flights take about 6 hours 20 minutes to 6 hours 40 minutes eastbound from Warsaw to Dubai, and a little longer on the way back against the prevailing winds. LOT, Emirates and flydubai all fly it directly, so there is no need to change planes.
Are there direct flights from Warsaw to Dubai?
Yes. LOT Polish Airlines, Emirates and flydubai all operate non-stop flights between Warsaw Chopin and Dubai International, year-round. Between them there are several departures most days, so a direct flight is almost always available.
How much does it cost to fly from Warsaw to Dubai?
A typical economy return runs about 1,400–2,700 zł depending on the season. Good non-stop deals dip to around 1,450–1,500 zł in summer, while the December and February peaks push fares toward the top of that range.
What is the cheapest month to fly from Warsaw to Dubai?
June, July and August are usually the cheapest months to fly. It is Dubai’s hot season, but that keeps both flights and hotels down. Avoid December and the February half-term, which are the busiest and most expensive.
Which airlines fly from Warsaw to Dubai?
Three carriers fly non-stop: LOT Polish Airlines and Emirates (both usually including a checked bag) and flydubai, Dubai’s low-cost airline, which is often cheapest before you add luggage. One-stop options via Istanbul or Doha exist but rarely beat the direct fares.
Which airport do I fly into in Dubai?
All Warsaw services land at Dubai International (DXB), the main airport just east of the city. It is well connected to the centre by the Dubai Metro Red Line and by taxi. (Dubai’s second airport, Al Maktoum/DWC, is not used on the Warsaw route.)
How far in advance should I book Warsaw to Dubai flights?
Aim to book 6 to 10 weeks ahead. Fares tend to rise as departure approaches, especially around the November–March high season and the Christmas peak, so booking early almost always pays off on this route.
Is it cheaper to fly on weekdays?
Often, yes — midweek departures (Tuesday to Thursday) are usually a little cheaper than Friday–Sunday flights. Flying out and back on weekdays, and being flexible by a day or two, can save roughly 100–300 zł on a return.
