🌍 About Chengdu

Chengdu is the capital of Sichuan — a province whose cuisine is one of China's most exported and most often imitated, but rarely matched outside the city itself, where the original mapo tofu, dan dan noodles, and hot pot are still measured against centuries-old standards.
